Due to the personalized nature and intimate use of hair prostheses, We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
Each prosthesis is individually prepared and fitted for each client, which prevents reuse for hygiene and customization reasons.

  • Factory defective products: If you receive a hair prosthesis in poor condition or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Our team will review your case and if the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a effective and appropriate solution, which may consist of a replacement of the product or another alternative that benefits the customer.

  • All hair prosthesis shipments are free.

  • The final price shown in the online store already includes shipping costs, with no hidden additional charges.

Origin and destination

  • Orders are shipped directly from our factory in Qingdao,through trusted international courier services.

  • We ship to almost all countries in the world.

  • Exceptions: We do not ship to countries experiencing political instability, armed conflict, or international restrictions.

  • The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.

  • In exceptional circumstances (holidays, customs controls, logistical delays, or force majeure), delivery may take longer than expected.
